Playful Vocal Sessions

The Sleep Portal
Helps leaders & employees recharge, restore energy, and enter elevated states of presence. Vocal soundbath for mindful mornings or restful lunch breaks.
Participants learn how to use deep rest as a resource. The session improves focus, mood, and long-term wellbeing, while creating a shared experience of slowing down together. It’s a powerful way to integrate mindfulness into the workday and to return with clarity and fresh energy.
